RACES: 3:00pm Open Women’s and High School Girls 4km
3:30pm Open Men's and High School Boys 6km
COURSE: Gibbons Park is flat, mostly grass with some packed dirt trails.  
ELIGIBILITY: Open to anyone and no limit to the number of starters per team per race
SCORING: First five (5) finishers per team per race count, including High Schools. 
ENTRY FEE: Ten dollars ($10) per individual OR a maximum of $100 for any school/club  
[i.e. max. fee per school/club for combined male + female entries = $100]
cheques payable to University of Western Ontario
AWARDS : 1. Trophy each to top Open Men’s and Women's Team
2. Trophy to top Boys & Girls  High School Teams (all age groups combined) 
3. Gold, Silver, Bronze medals to top 3 Open finishers per race
4. Gold, Silver, Bronze medals to top 3 High School Boys and Girls per race

ENTRY DEADLINE: 7pm on Tuesday October 4.  NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED
RACE DAY REGISTRATION:
1. If you have to make a significant number of entry changes or “last minute” additions on race day, please come to the picnic shelter 
by no later than 2:30pm on race day to get your packette and make the changes
2. Head Coach picks up team packette at Gibbons Park Picnic Pavilion by no later than at 2:45pm and pay entry fee at that time. 
3. Each team packette will contain a tag per runner with the runner's name, a bib number and ONE safety pin per tag. Each runner 
must use ONLY one pin to secure the tag to the front of her/his running vest.  
4. Head Coach or her/his designate is responsible for ensuring each runner is WEARING THE CORRECT TAG at the start of 
each race.
DRESS: Please have runners come dressed to race. Only one small washroom available on site 
PARKING: There are 3 lots: 2 off of Victoria St. and one on Grosvenor St. west, bottom of the hill
